Senior Systems Engineer (CIC) - Switzerland

My client seeks a Senior Systems Engineer Contact Center to act as the "Application Owner" that will react to both the application development strategy and the technical development of the telephone call center. You will also support projects and take over the project management for changes and upgrades to the CIC application.

Responsibilities:
*3rd level support of the Contact / Call Center telephony application CIC from Interactive Intelligence.
*2nd level support, operation of the test and production environments.
*Implementation of change requests and projects for the call center telephony.
*End-product development in cooperation with the Department of Business.
*Moderate 24/7 stand-by commitment to the CIC and IVR applications as well as for VoIP solution.

Experience/skills required:
*Completed computer science or equivalent training.
*At least 3 years practical experience in the telecom or IT environment in the network environment of the area of telephony, contact centers, Interactive Intelligence, or an alternative solution providers including Avaya, etc.
*At least 3 years experience as a Senior Engineer for Call Center Telephony and VoIP
*At least 1 years experience with CIC application
*English (German highly advantageous)
